Yesterday she told you
"maybe I don't wanna go home alone..”
you told her that it was okay.
you were going to take her there
but for her it wasn't enough.
she needed you to hold her tight, close to you heart,
so close that she could hear your heartbeat.
she wondered whether she just didn't want to be alone
or she couldn't stand saying goodbye once and for all.
her heart was aching, for you or because of the loneliness,
she really couldn't tell.
She was hurting mostly because of you
it always happened the same.
but either way, she looked at the stars,
she wished for you in every one of them
and wonder where your heart would be.
and wonder where her heart was.
Yesterday she told you
"maybe I don't wanna go home alone..."
but that's a lie,
she didn't want to go home without you

Ayer ella te dijo
“quizás no quiero ir sola a casa”
le dijiste que estaba bien
tu la llevarías
pero para ella no era suficiente
ella necesitaba que la abrazaras fuerte, cerca de tu corazón
tan cerca ella pudiera escuchar tu latidos
ella se preguntaba si solamente no quería ir sola a casa
o no podía soportar decir adiós
su corazón dolía por ti o, a causa de la soledad
ella no podia distinguirlo
ella estaba lastimada a causa de ti
siempre sucedía lo mismo.
de cualquier forma, ella miraba a las estrellas,
te deseaba en cada una de ellas
y se preguntaba dónde estaría tu corazón.

pero eso es una mentira
ella no quería regresar a casa sin ti.
