Every adult i've met have told me to keep quiet, quiet to everything i feel, and all the problems i could be having i should keep them to myself.
They assured me it was for the best, that would keep me sane they told me -or at least seem sane to them-
but they were wrong
my quiteness is often confused with ingenuity
and so much politeness can often bored people
but they were right
my kindness to humanity has grown
my patience has become stronger
i've become so much more
but they were wrong
too much kindness is often confuse with weakness
because
in this little world that we have called our own
you have to be tough
you cannot let yourself be gentle.
and i'm neither of those things
i can be quite rude but i choose not to be impolite
i choose kindness over muscles
we all have a choice to make
every day we wake up
we can create a life to call it our own,
by choosing,
choosing how we react to hate, anger and everything in-between.
